Why oh why can’t restaurants get their act together, and offer balanced menus ..?
Since if one eats out, the quality is so desperately poor [regardless of class / price range !] that one is starved for worthwhile stuff.
Only a few get it right; like this one.
No, it is not that customers will get what they ask; they will get what the chef (?) put on the menu. Customers will also not ask what they don’t know is possible to get.
Or …, next time ask for a veggie-based menu with meat/fish as a add-in not the mainstay.
[‘Proteins’ is an ugly expression indeed, suitable for those who say ‘organs’ not tripes. ]
